At Dialo, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong model/size selected by customer

  • Personal preference issues

  • Used or worn items

All watches are quality-checked before shipping.


3. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved cases are eligible for:

  • Exchange with the same product

  • Exchange with another product (price difference may apply)

  • Store credit (if applicable)


4. Delivery Refusals & Cancellations

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery without valid reason

  • Cancels after dispatch

  • Provides incorrect address/contact details

The company reserves the right to:

  • Deduct delivery and return shipping fees

  • Block future COD orders

  • Decline future service


5. Inspection Policy

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Product is damaged by customer

  • Missing accessories/box

  • Signs of use

  • Altered or modified

If rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


6. Processing Time

  • Review of return request: 1–3 working days

  • Exchange processing: 3–7 working days

  • Store credit issuance: Within 5 working days (if applicable)
